will be making available club gathering sites for those interested car
clubs. A reminder to all clubs that these sites are not a reserved
parking permit for the streets in front of the club site, they are to serve as a
gathering spot for your member.
There are no reserved parking spots on the streets of the fairgrounds.
Some club locations may have space within the area designated for their
club that will accommodate vehicles or accessory trailer parking without
infringing on other clubs or vendors. These
spots must have access and egress capability if so used without infringing
on the entrants parked in areas along the streets designated as
participant parking.
To
have a spot assigned to your club, a representative of the club will need
to register in person, on Thursday, June 19, at 4 PM at the Grandstand.
Clubs
that had sites at last years Back to the 50s will have first chance at
those sites unless they are no longer usable due to changes to the
fairgrounds or vendor issues. Any clubs displaced because
of these unavoidable issues will be given preference in assignment of
remaining available sites.
Clubs
new to the event will be assigned spots as available.
Open
space assignments will be made on a first-come, first-served basis.
