I am a MSRA member that happens to be a travel agent for a small travel agency, The Travel Concern. I have volunteered to help you secure your hotel rooms again this year at no cost to you.  Last year we helped over 400 MSRA members and calls have been coming in since July 2005.

Going through a travel agent will give you the security in finding the best, closest and most reasonable accommodations.  Please understand that this free service applies only to hotel rooms.  If you need airline reservations, which I can also provide, that will include a service charge.
